We publish the following text in accordance with a Madrid Court of First Instance No. 2 ruling that partially upheld Eduardo Inda's request for rectification regarding the information "Press associations ask the Seville City Council to withdraw institutional advertising from ultra websites" published on November 23, 2023: Eduardo Inda, on behalf of the company DOS MIL PALABRAS, SL (publisher of the newspaper OKDIARIO), in the exercise of his right to rectification recognized by Organic Law 2/1984, of March 26, requests the publication of the following rectification of the information published by the Public Newspaper on November 23, 2023 under the headline "Press associations ask the Seville City Council to withdraw institutional advertising from ultra websites":
"The claim that OKDIARIO or its publishing company has been "convicted of lying" is completely false." Neither the publisher of that newspaper, nor its Director, nor any of its employees have been convicted by a final court ruling for having spread lies, hoaxes, or promoted false information throughout its entire history, from the moment it was founded."
